Group Golf Lessons at Fanshawe Golf School are designed to give you and your friends or family a focused, small-group experience that helps you understand your swing, improve your technique, and gain confidence on the course.
You’ll receive personalized instruction tailored to each participant while learning the four key fundamentals: putting, chipping, driving, and golf fundamentals.
Below is everything you need to know before your lesson so you can arrive prepared and make the most of your time.
📍 Location
All lessons take place at Fanshawe Golf School, located at Crumlin Creek Golf Club, 1720 Crumlin Side Road, London, Ontario.
Outdoor Lessons (Spring–Fall):
When you arrive, follow the cart path toward the first hole to find the south driving range. Look for our Fanshawe Golf School pavilion with our logo on it. Your instructor will meet you there (or you can wait if they’re finishing up a prior lesson).
Indoor Lessons (Winter Season):
During the winter, lessons take place inside the Crumlin Creek Clubhouse using a Foresight Sports Simulator. When you arrive, head straight to the clubhouse — your instructor will be waiting inside.
Group Size:
- Outdoors: up to 4 people
- Indoors: up to 2 people
🕒 Lesson Duration
Each group lesson is 60 minutes long.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to get settled and prepare — especially in the winter months when you may need time to remove outdoor shoes and get ready to swing.
🧰 What to Bring
- Your own golf clubs (if you have them)
- Comfortable clothing and golf shoes
- A water bottle
If you don’t have clubs, we’ll provide fitted golf clubs for you at no additional cost.
🎯 What to Expect
Your instructor will start by learning a bit about your group — each participant’s current experience, goals, and what they’d like to improve most.
From there, you’ll work together on the fundamentals that make the biggest impact in your swing and consistency.
Each lesson is personalized to each golfer, so everyone leaves knowing exactly what to practice and how to improve between sessions.
📅 Cancellations and Make-Up Lessons
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled lesson.
Refunds are not issued, but you can reschedule and make up your lesson at a later date.
