Summer Camp Details

  • When: July to August 2024, every week
  • Where: Crumlin Creek Golf Course, London, Ontario
  • Size: Only 40 kids in each camp
  • Activities: Golf lessons, fun golf games, and learning about safety, rules, terms, etiquette, responsibility, honesty, and respect

What Is Included

  • Golf Clubs: Bring yours if you have them. If not, we have some for all sizes
  • Hydration: Ice cold water is available all day
  • Comfort and Shelter: Shaded shelter to sit and relax for breaks and lunch
  • Equipment: All tools, balls, bags, clubs, tees, and games are provided
  • Lunch plan is available for purchase
  • Before & After care is available for an extra cost

Who Can Join

  • Ages 4-16: Any golfer or non golfer between ages 4 and 16 are welcome
  • All Skills: New golfers of any ability or those who already play

How We Teach

  • Groups: We make groups based on how old you are or how good you are at golf (Exceptions for friends and family)
  • Great Coaches: Our coaches are professionally certified at every level and very friendly
  • Super Safe: Our coach to camper ratio is 5-1 and each coach is first aid certified with a clean police background check

Summer Camp Activities

  • Ages 4-7: Campers will be introduced into the game of golf through age appropriate game based teaching methods
  • Ages 8-11: Campers will be introduced to the rules and etiquette that apply to the game of golf along with fun golf drills and games
  • Ages 12-16: Campers work on improving more technical skills and learn about course management, shot selection, and simple stat tracking

A Half Day At Summer Camp

  • Start of Day: Parents drop off campers at 9:00am
  • Morning: In assigned age groups, rotate through putting, chipping, and driving learning stations
  • End of Day: Parents pick up campers at 12:00pm

A Full Day At Summer Camp

  • Start of Day: Parents drop off campers at 9:00am
  • Morning: In assigned age groups, rotate through putting, chipping, and driving learning stations
  • Lunch: Eat lunch at noon
  • Afternoon: Play golf in assigned groups on the course until 2:45 pm
  • End of Day: Parents pick up campers at 3 pm

Before & After Care

  • Before care starts at 8am and goes until 9am.
  • After care for half day campers will go from 12pm until 1pm
  • After care for full day campers will go from 3pm until 4pm

Lunch Program Menu Options

  • Hot Dog
  • Hamburger
  • Chicken Strips
  • Quesadilla
  • Grilled Cheese

What Campers Need

  • Lunch and water bottle
  • Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, athletic clothes, extra clothes, and shoes that cover your toes
  • We highly recommend labeling items for your campers to prevent mix ups and lost items

Weather & Cancellations

  • Light Rain: Take shelter until it stops
  • Heavy Rain/Thunder: Parents will be called. Stay inside the clubhouse if needed
  • Camp Cancellation: We'll aim to alert you an hour before if we cancel camp
  • Make Up Days: If you miss a day, you can come another day any week that works for you

Check-In Details

  • Arrival Time: Aim to arrive a few minutes early
  • Welcome Desk: Check in at the welcome desk
  • Identification Check: Show a parent/guardian ID
  • Camper Information: Confirm camper's name, age, and any special instructions or medical needs
  • Emergency Contact: Verify or update emergency contact information
  • Group Assignment: Find out which group the camper will be in
  • Camp Schedule: Receive a brief overview of the day's activities
  • Lunch and Belongings: Ensure the camper has their lunch and all necessary items (hat, water bottle, etc.)
  • Meet the Coach: Introduce the camper to their coach

Check-Out Details

  • Pick-Up Time: Arrive on time for pick-up
  • Check-Out Area: Go to the welcome desk
  • ID Verification: Show ID for camper release
  • Daily Feedback: Receive a brief summary of the camper's day, including any achievements or important notes
  • Lost and Found: Check for any lost items if needed

  • Private Lessons: Every day, learn one-on-one with our top coach during full day camp hours
  • Play on the Course: Golf on the real golf course every day after lunch


  • Prizes: Each day you camper will have the opportunity to win prizes based on participation
  • Junior Golf Players Card: Each camper will receive a Junior players card which allows them to play for free at select courses when accompanied by a paying adult
  • Participation Certificate: Each camper will receive a certificate awarding them for completing their week at golf camp
